This property is in the heart of downtown Huntington Beach real estate, just off of Main Street. The front of the house has a small fenced and grassy yard. Since many homes in this area lack outdoor space, this small area gives you a bit of outdoor space and doesn’t require much upkeep.

This yard is one of two outdoor areas that this house offers.

Upon entering, the living room is directly to your right, and the first set of stairs is almost immediately in front of you.

As a whole this house has a moderate amount of upgrades. The house is move in ready, but will probably need some updates down the line.

The kitchen is a decent size, and has stainless steel appliances. However, the white tiles will eventually need to be replaced with something a bit more comparable to granite.

And while the front living room and plantation shutters are nice, the shape of it is a bit awkwardly shaped for furniture.

On the other side of the kitchen, towards the back of the house there is additional space for a large dining room table. Next to this space is a second set of stairs, and French doors that open up out onto the concrete patio.

The light pouring into this house is incredible.

Just up the stairs, on the second floor is a spacious bedroom.

Beautiful hardwood floor cover the hallways of the second floor.

Straight ahead is another bedroom. This one is a bit on the smaller side, but it does have two closets and an attached bathroom.

The closet doors need a bit of an upgrade.

The bathroom has the same white tile as the kitchen, which will need to be replaced and upgraded at some point. However, it is clean and appears to be new.

Down the hallway, towards the front of the house is the laundry room, and then a small office.

Back towards the front of the house is the master bedroom. Although the bedroom has a lot of natural light, the overall size is a bit disappointing. However, the fireplace is a nice plus.

The windows in the master bedroom and throughout the house also need an upgrade.

The flooring in the master bedroom is carpet. However, once you get into the bathroom, part of it is hardwood and the other portion is tile.

The shower needs a bit of an upgrade, but this bathroom is very light and airy.

The closet is a moderate size, but at least it has built-ins.

Back up the stairs, on the third level is a nice surprise.

There is a nice sized bonus room with hardwood floors, a wet bar, and a bathroom.

There is also a small balcony that looks over onto the concrete courtyard below.

Back towards the stairs, at the end of the hallway is a door that leads out on to a large deck.

This home is ideal for a small family. The multi levels make it slightly less ideal for families with small children, but top level could be ideal for a playroom. All of the bedrooms are on the same level, and the washer and dryer hookups being on the same level as the bedrooms is incredibly convenient for someone with a small family.
